So I did DJ Herberts concert, and I don't see the new content. That part 7 quest line is done. Instead I see the secret concert and no new tasks.
Do I really need the DJ booth to continue the quest line?

Do I really need the DJ booth to continue the quest line? You have to update from your App Store to see new content. And I haven't seen anything about needing the dj booth to continue. |

Just read that you need to complete Deadmau5 in the house part 7 & Never Gonna Catch Me Part 5 to see new content. I'm guessing you haven't caught GUDG 15 times yet? |

Just read that you need to complete Deadmau5 in the house part 7 & Never Gonna Catch Me Part 5 to see new content. I'm guessing you haven't caught GUDG 15 times yet? Both of those were completed, with the later being done a while ago. I restarted my phone and the update magically appeared in the app store. So not sure what was up with that. So now everything is good to go. |

Good god. Just read about everything this week contains. Talk about overkill. 2 characters needing items + 15k glowsticks, a third that's going to take 2-3 weeks to unlock, 6 buildings @ 3k glowsticks, a new squatter that takes a minimum of 14 hours to clear for freemium players, a new type of concert that is a carbon copy of the Star Trek away missions, and a boss battle. And I probably missed some too. This is just so ridiculous and overwhelming. I agree, it's too much. Even getting Rick Astley is going to be a chore. Once I got Carl & DJ Herbert I thought I was in good shape but now I think I'll have to lower my expectations about what I can achieve in this event. I don't spending some cash but this could get ridiculous. I used to not mind spending money too but this company with their disgusting business tactics have persuaded me to close my wallet. The deluge of content this week is aimed specifically at the whales and extracting as much money as they can from them, the rest of us be damned. |

They should put that in the help and support it only says to be updated to the latest and complete Deadmau5 in the House part 7 well for Android anyway That's pretty much par for the course for them though. Making sure events are as difficult and complicated as possible to understand. Many times they've left out important and critical info from the faq's for events. |

I was curious about how much TinyCo was going to charge us for Weird Al, so I went and looked through the game files and found a couple of things. As a disclaimer, I don't really know what I'm doing. Believe it or not, it looks like Weird Al won't technically be a premium character. Not a direct clam purchase, anyway.   To earn him, you first repair his chair:  There is some sort of a stage as well.  To unlock him, you must earn: 4 Whiskey 5 Wallet chains 6 Black Leather Jackets 5 Studded bracelets 80 currency (glow sticks) **presumably, they will look at some metrics, then change it to a number that will be challenging for most players to reach. He will deal 2 damage to the Rick robot. If you're on Android, after you unlock him, you'll be able to download the album Mandatory Fun via Google Play. Other upcoming music content: Bad Trip Stewie  Some references to a "Record Exec Jerome" -- don't know if it's actually real. Also: A ton of audio clips for Mayor Bee, e.g., static.familyguy.tinyco.com/fg_5acx12_mayorbee_imjustgonnaheadonovertothatflower.wavSaw some sprites for Death tied to district 11, though it might just be dialogue. Same with a Death Stewie. And sprites for a Roman Stewie, Cowboy Stewie, Egyptian Stewie, and Prehistoric Stewie, though I think they're just from the Time Machine dialogue. He's buried in a sea of premium stuff under the decos tab. I don't usually buy premium decos, but for 50 clams, maybe I'll buy him. With 11 sound clips, they could've easily made him a character. |
