I don't know. However I've now read somewhere that you get it if you place all 4 types of fireworks and have the skate something building.

I got the Free Water Park. I just built the Deep Fried Place and then a quest box come up saying that if you get all 4 different fireworks you get a free water park which i already had. Then I had a quest to get all the characters and you then get 75 clams and then I had a task to do leap frog with Chris.

That's not right....I spent clams to get Atlantis park...now I get it free with the fireworks... I don't need two...think I will ask them for my clams back...but not till Monday as I am off camping for the weekend.

Just spent 300K in-game coins on the Rupert boxes and won 20 clams only once!I have tons of fireworks in my inventory (over 150 different sizes of fireworks). I don't have enough space in my town to put them all. I'll take down some buildings and make a nice firework display for the 4th of July. Happy and safe holidays! I got you beat there spent over 400K  dont ask how many FW's but only got (1) 20 clams. That 1% seem awfully small considering what they want you buy (again with clams for what is the 4th event in a row). im done spending coin for now. I'm going to have to put my farm back so I can recoup my losses. |

Honestly I think so far the only good clam deals they had was the very first one to buy $4.99 coins get $4.99 clams and the buy vlclams get free idols. Woo hoo at this rate I be able to everything with real cash. Man this overpriced BS piled on top of another, I not feeling it with this game at all.  |

I wish the stalls changed from clams to coins once the event was over as those are cool decorative items and at that point it'd be useless if they drop items or not since event is over, one can dream!
