Indeed, the buildings, shrines, and stalls in this event are overpriced -- not to mention I don't have space for them in my town. All I bought this event with clams is a small shrine (75 clams) and a couple of party palm trees with lights (10 clams). And I just hit 50K idols today for the final prize released so far. I don't know what the target is for the last two prizes though. Hopefully I can grind them out as well. Man you are dedicated. I'm only at 43k, but I didn't get the large shrine until that premium promo for 4k in idols. I really hope it's not something outrageous like 100k in idols for the character. I think it should be like 53k and 55k. With under 2 weeks left in the event, I probably won't hit 50k for about 3-5 days or so. Just keep the app open and the mummies will continue to spawn in your town. That's what I did. And one hour tasks for the premium characters earn more idols too. |

With the doubling of Idol drops, the premium characters now dropping, mummies, and new shrine I can easily see them making it at least 100k idols. Already at 120k, so I'm hoping there's a conversion for these idols later. Or at least carry over to next event or something. But they are going crazy with the properties, I'm running out of space and I feel the shrines won't have much use after the event |

So basically your only option is to go premium. The large shrine drops 500 3x a day (400 clams). But it's likely too late to hit the final prizes. This is the main reason this game is turning me off. TSTO made the events completable without purchases (if you wanted). It seems they are requiring purchases, and numerous of them as well. |

Since I've been having a problem with the rate at which my mummies are spawning I've had the game open during most of my free time. I get them right as they come out of the pyramid. I seem to be getting a little more then 500 an hour. It's a grind but if you really want the prizes it might be worth a couple hours work. Also try to keep people on as short of tasks as possible. I try to have everyone on 1 hr tasks. Except Bonnie giving joe a lap dance and mermaid peter fishing with Seamus. Keep Chris on his 1 hour walk Brian task. Even though goth Chris earns double idols you still get more when you use Brian. I only use his 10 hr task over night. S&M Lois earns double idols as well if you have her. Or you could always spend clams to buy the butt shrines...which I refuse to do because I think they're really ugly. |

And Yes, I have bought to of the stewie shrines and the small butt thing. But Its stupid. Everything should be attainable. Like really. I heard there was a new character. I have been keeping everyone at there 1 hour task with Chirs and Biran, Mermaid peter 1 hour, S&M Louis at 1 hour. I have bout a small shrine and spent 120 clams twice! For the wheel thing. |

Did an update come out today? I open the app and I get a notice that says "please upgrade". I hit the upgrade button, then it takes me to the ipad app store. The only option I have is to open the app, so I hit open and it takes me back into the app with the same "please upgrade" notice and it keeps going in circles. I can't get into the game. I've tried restarting my ipad, uninstall and reinstalling the app, nothing. Please help.
