familyguytips has a great idea on his blog: "Why doesn’t TinyCo just go all out and give us a Gay Pride event, with Jasper as an unlockable limited time character?!" Can someone suggest this to TinyCo? It'd be especially awesome since Gay Pride month is almost here. Just did

Also the person saying it, makes me wonder if they have ever watched the show. Even though Seth McFarlane supports gay rights, they joke about everything on Family Guy.
It is a game where you have to rebuild a city, other games like it force you to build/place stuff, get over it. Like it or lump it, if he doesn't like the decoration, he can just store it. That's what I would do, but when I unlock the float, I'm having it out on display, to me there is nothing wrong with it.

It seems like nothing is too sacred to joke about on Family Guy. I'll admit there have been a few times when a joke or two have fallen flat in my house and a couple things that I felt didn't just cross the line, they vaulted over the line. That doesn't mean the show is evil or that I'm going to jump online and complain. My husband and I look at each other, roll our eyes, make a comment and move on. If you watch the show, you know that there is a chance that something may eventually offend you and I suppose that's a possibility in the game too. I still can't see getting my knickers in a knot over a decoration. Does this guy think gay people will go away if no one ever talks about anything gay related? My only concern about the float is that I still haven't gotten the task to place it. Does anyone know what unlocks the task? Now that I have a spot for it I may just place it anyway. If it's like other decos I should still get credit for it if/when the task pops up.

I bought 4 gay pride floats and lined them up on a strip of land in the middle of my office district, so it looks like a gay pride parade. Looks cool. Feel free to add me on FB-- Rob Cap-- to see my town.
