Got Ruth yesterday as well with 3 days left on her timer. Just trying to earn enough reels so I can unlock Death's mom, complete the weekly challenge to win the grand prize and I'm done with this event.  |

I need 43 reels for her shop. We need more characters dropping magnets in the game. |

The weekly challenge won't kick in until you unlock Death's mom. I just need 5/18 spatulas, 3/6 aprons and 1/2 collector's plate for Death's mom. Hope to unlock her in a day or two. |

Yeah so far I got 0-2-1 just 2 to go. BTW did you notice there's nothing to spend glasses on this week? We still got Brian's mystery box and probably Rupert box for some glasses. TSTO this time a little less exciting but lots of free shit and optional donut spending, totally doable free.  FGTQS AS ALWAYS stressful challenging to get the free shit optional clam spending (completely mandatory if a casual player), totally doable for clams impossible for free.  The good thing about FG game event though is 6 new characters (besides Slasher Cat, Hook Hand Albert and Maniac Pope) and 2 new skins for freemium players whereas we didn't get new characters in Tapped Out this event. The FG event is a grind though-- reminds me of the Easter event in Tapped Out last year. Hope TinyCo learns from the feedback from players this event. I'm still here btw, just got back from Disney World (FL). No way would I have enjoyed it being glued to the game. um pretty much every major event has been a huge grind. Only when you buy premiums does it make things easier. They all start the same making it easy to complete the first weeks content on time, then jack up the costs. It's all the same gameplay just recycled every. Damn. Time. They get this complaint every event, but this has not changed in the slightest. In terms of TSTO, while the lack of characters is certainly unusual, it's still kept me playing. |

I just need one collector's plate to unlock Death's Mom. Super Devil and Maniac Pope were released prematurely in the store and now they're gone. I already bought Maniac Pope as I enjoyed him in last week's Halloween episode of Family Guy.

So last night TinyCo releases Maniac Pope and Super Devil for 125 clams each and place them in the event tab under characters. Marked by the red exclamation point when you log in that something new has been added for purchase.
So I purchased 275 clams for $9.99 and purchase both Maniac Pope and Super Devil and send them on their first quest.
Log in this morning and see that they are removed from the game, but their quest icon is still in the corner of my screen. Ok so some kinda bug with them that's going on and they will be back after their both fixed.
Log in tonight to a text box saying we screwed up releasing both these characters, but here is your clams back and 10 more for the inconvienence.
I don't want my clams back as I wouldn't have purchased them if those characters weren't there.
TinyCo I want a $9.99 refund or the 2 characters I purchased back. This was clearly your mistake and not mine or other players that also fell victim to this blatant bait and switch.
The sky is definitely the limit with this company folks. I feel completely tricked and ripped off.
And wtf is 10 clams going to do? Talk about insult to injury.

You will 95% likely get the refund. You purchased content, content was added to your account, then that content was removed from your game. I think you will LESSEN the chance if you indicate they gave you the refund (in clams) + 10 clams. |
