I finally unlocked Rick this morning.. Have been grinding to get the last tickets for the building needed for his performance. Two more hours and his attack on Mecha Astley will be done so I can (finally) do his concert. This has been painful for freemium players... I'm pissed now.. That I wasted precious clams on Tricia's skin just to get microphones to try.. Now Rick Rolled by TinyCo who wants 250 more for Weird Al, and I only have 191 clams  |

Nice--they changed Weird Al from a free unlock character to a premium one costing 250 clams, got rid of his unlock materials, and de-associated him from his unlock chair, which was the one on the far left. I guess they weren't hitting their earnings targets. They also increased his Mecha damage to 3 (was originally supposed to be 2). Also increased Rick Astley's and Peter's damage to 2, while leaving Tricia the same, presumably since they've already made their money off of her. I also saw some references to a Marvin Astley (apparently Rick's cousin per FG wiki) and some Rick Astley impersonator stuff that I didn't quite understand. Maybe they'll try to slap together a basic character to put on that 4th chair, so it's less obvious that they got desperate and ended up having to make Weird Al premium. The code for the concert side shows is looking more and more like an unintelligible mess of copy and paste with incongruent arguments thrown in. I honestly think the programmer doesn't actually know how to write for it, hasn't figured out which arguments set the probability of the drop, and ended up hastily slapping something together in order to hit the deadline. It does look like they attempted to massively increase the odds for last week's drops, e.g., hearing aids and trench coats. Wish I had waited a day instead of burning all of my microphones yesterday to get 0 hearing aids. All that for 5 clams reward?!  I know right! srs |

Finaly got got the concert and everyone is busy, at least Brian will be ready in an hour.
This is just too much shit to do at once, they moved last weeks leaderboard to this week and now it's either get the Stevie skin or GUDG. This is such bullshit they should have extended it a week but as usual tinyco doesn't think about what they're doing.

This is playing out exactly the way they intended. They know that the only way to get GUDG is to pay and they know if you want to get Bad Trip Stewie as well that you'll be forced to pay a lot more. Their next major event will probably be Halloween and I'm certain that Death will play an identical role as GUDG did in this event. If there's one constant in this game it's that TinyCo recycles the same methods for each event. Death will be just another premium character in freemium clothing. It's becoming more and more likely that I'll sit out the next event entirely. I want Death but not enough to jump through their hoops. Seeing what they did with GUDG is indicative of what they'll do with the remaining fan favorites. |

This everything needs tickets is pissing me off, still need 36 = 72 baskets at 4hrs and another 1hr each. I haven't gotten 1 viral with the mechanics @10 till now, 1 got me 6 so I'm back on top of the LB.

This whole event has been shit. Such an easy first two weeks, wasn't much to do. Then the last three have been so jam-packed that even though I'm setting timers and waking up in the middle of the night to set tasks, there's absolutely no way in hell I'll even get Greased Up Deaf Guy.
Fuck TinyCo, fuck this game, fuck the shitty drop rates that don't make sense. 70 commons that never drop? Bullshit.
I'm expecting now they will extend the event because I'm giving up on it!!!!

Thursday in judgment day. The day that decides the future of this game for me.
Where it stands:
20% of keeping the game
80% of deleting the game.
Factors on keeping the game:
Win leaderboard 1st prize (had 1st since started)
Unlock GUDG
Unlock Ricardo
If those 3 items aren't met on Thursday, this game is good as gone.
Right now GUDG seems impossible. 0 candy, only 20/70 grease. Hearing aids are paid off, and other 2 items are close (surprised on the 20 rare greasy item).
