I'll create the skin for Peter to complete the collection for 25 clams but I'll pass on the premium content. 115 clams for the full mariachi band, 50 for another generic shop & 120 for a piñata to help with event currency. Oh and the taco truck from Consuela's Dia de Los Muertos mystery box is back for 50 coins.

The drop rate for items in this event is beyond frustrating. Not only will not be buying clams, i am very close to deleting game.

Just out of curiousity, how many candies do you guys have atm? I am at 3. Yes, playing Spanish soap opera since it launched, and I am at 3 / 55. No way am i getting it done.

I'm sure that TinyCo will change the drop rate. They always seem to.. Since they can't seem to get anything right at first!

You have some time I'm only at 7 right now you only get 3-4 each round of missions so it's a grind but you should be good....fingers crossed |

Between the candy not dropping all the time along with the blindfolds ("common" my ass), Tinyco is becoming useless and greedy. "Spend money on clams, its the only way to make sure you can get the prize!"

36 piñatas, 26 candies & 5 blindfolds. Now I have more blindfolds and no piñatas, what to do now oh I know buy the piñata that generates piñatas. But now I have more B's than P's, oh I can buy more blindfolds. Wait tinyco just improved the drop rates because everyone's complaining it's impossible to get. (Same old tinyco) at least TSTO can be achieved without premium purchases, they just give you the ability to complete at a premium.

TinyCo really needs to evaluate how they program these timed events as it has become increasingly frustrating which makes me not want to spend money on clams in the future and I supported this game since day 1.

I'm in the same spot mostly. I need 23 candies also, but only have 3 blindfolds in reserve. From the in game FAQ, I did see that they are supposed to generate every 2 hours, with a max of 5 at one time. They change buildings every 8 hours. In terms of triggering them, I have no idea. It seems like they "appear" when you start collecting rents. I've logged in expecting them, but I can't use the blindfolds until I start collecting rents and clearing jobs. |
