No, I'm going to wait till after I get all the books/Chris first before waisting anymore TE. Maybe the books will change to ? Item, and I'll have Chris to help too. Possibly tinyco will have better drop rates and more characters to help by then. i have everyone that can go on the away missions so far it and has same odds as the dilithium but it kept not giving me it and even gave me the synthesizer energy basically the odds are like this but finally got it today after so many tries i got it when i sent Ferengi Mort all by himself I had the same problem too, until I sent ONLY Ricker and Mort. Then, I got it on the first try.

You mean 1 picture frame x3 and it auto drops? I have to tap the crapper to collect, I'll pay more attention next time, I only had @20/25 to collect by the time the crapper finished building (wasn't even going to build it but just to have it you no). What's the 10 and extra rare items you speak of? It's for the Chick in the second area. Tori? What's her face. She needs 10 extra rare thing and only Jerome (24 hour task) and the crapper generate the items. 70: Troi: 2250/2250 D, chocolate 0/12, headband 33/35, Picture frame 25/25 Jerome and the crapper drop picture frames and you need 25, don't know if they were extra rare as they were the first thing I got (after the 2250 D).

The billboard was supposed to be hard? I got it on my first try. Used the thing for the first time with Mort and first 2 dudes and I got it on the first try. Wanted chocolate or books as I'm in dire need of those, but I guess good to have the billboard out of the way...

Well I don't know if it changed or I made a mistake, either way it was done first and by the time I got the crapper it only helped get 2-3. Btw I'm on iPad.

I was delayed starting phase 2 (as mentioned above in this thread [bug with tribbles generating in quahog before Riker is complete]). So I guess they updated it. There are either tribbles or space nerds dropping the frames, but I have gotten 3 or 4 from the crappers (built first). Now I will be converting those over to get blue cubes and additional books.

Really cannot be that bothered with this event. Haven't been on much as I still haven't got to level 2. Game constantly crashes and I know it isn't my device as I have a lot of space on there and I'm such and tired of having to restart my tablet in the hope it won't crash and/or lag. Plus, I have no interest in the star trek items.

Plus, I have no interest in the star trek items. i also have 0 interest. Definitely the lamest theme. In my book it is significantly worse than the Egyptian event. Don't worry, you aren't missing much. The current characters require many many books or headbands. To get books you need to buy the premium character to send on missions (or unlock the hard to get character), but then there's wonderful circular logic where the hard to get character requires chocolate. Which requires Chris's costume and premium character. Edit: to get Chris's costume, you need 25 books (common). Only drops from a room (6 hour intervals) or from sending on a mission. The mission requires the first 2 characters + Mort + Chris's costume?? + premium character. Sending the 3 of the characters you can (since you need Chris) only slightly increase the possible chance of getting books (at a cost of 2 blue gems and 3 hour task). I understand it drops 5, but you really have no chance to really earn any books this way. to get the chicka: you need 12 chocolate and can ONLY be acquired from sending a mission. This mission requires Peter in costume, and the second dude, then a chick you are trying to unlock, Chris and the premium character. So you can only really send Peter and the second guy for a highly unlikely chance of the item for a cost of 6 blue gems. Seems possible to me to require the character you are unlocking to increase your chance. Those blue gems aren't easy either, have to send Mort and Peter on their 6 hour tasks and can build 2 rooms for possible extras. So these are also hard to get.

While I'm not the biggest Star Trek fan, I thought this event is WAAAY better than the Kingdom of the Moon event. It actually sparked my interest in watching Star Trek: The Next Generation series (it's on Netflix), where these characters are mostly from. Love the Enterprise twist (similar but better than the Krustyland in Tapped Out) and different ways to unlocking the character. TinyCo just needs to adjust the drops (which they have, thankfully). Finally unlocked Deanna Troi today and looking forward to the next Warp Core upgrade tomorrow.

Glad I waited to do away missions, now it should be easier. Doing my first right now.

I think this event is ok. It's not as bad as the Full Moon event, but it could be better. The dark green cubes are killing me. Bonnie rarely drops them and I'm not getting them from away missions. I still have to craft the last 2 items in the replicator which isn't going to happen before the warp core upgrade. I need 4 more chocolates for Troy and 4 more books for Chris's costume. I doubt I'll have those before the upgrade either. I've done 3 of the longer away missions and chocolate dropped on the last 2. I don't know if it's because I have more characters going or if it's because they changed the odds. I've only done the short mission once. Every time I set characters for it, it shows that I have the best odds of getting the billboard. I really don't care if I get that or not, so I cancel the mission and use my resources for something else.

To each their own I guess. Cleveland and King Butt were at least attainable somewhat easily unlike Troi. I have 0/12 chocolate, only need 10 more headbands and still need to cash in 2k in gems. Getting chocolate seems impossible to me as I outlined it above. Can only send 2/5 characters, and when both are selected the 4 chocolate is still on epic (unlikely). Chris is taking forever since the books take too long and/or too many needed. Waiting on like 6 more books before he finally comes aboard. My only source of books is the max of 2 rooms. To get 5 books, I only have 3 of the 5 characters needed, and it stays at "unlikely" for that scenario. Not going to waste my precious blue cubes on a (highly) unlikely chance on either. I think it's pretty unreasonable to require the character needed on the mission to help unlock the item for that character. I have crafted everything once, and surprisingly hit level 3 in the past day or so, so at least I'll be ready for the upgrade tonight. While the Enterprise is a good way to separate out the event stuff, it's still <Krustyland. This Enterprise is temporary and when the event concludes, we get decos of the ship. So Krustyland is permanent, has more character involvement, the progress is significantly quicker, has a better theme... Krustyland >>>>>> (greater than) Enterprise. The main issue I think most are having is that very few characters are involved. There's little character drops this time around for both xp and currency along with items. The items needed are uncommon and rare and take forever to get enough.

Looks like Guinan is coming as well? Looks like her shadow in some of the ST:TNG characters' FaceSpace pages.
