Star Trek Event

Finally got Vulcan quagmire (of course he's still on his 24 hour task as I never expected to get him). All my tasks are awaiting him. It's amazing how many of the story line tasks directly involve him. Anyway, I was looking in the replicator and noticed Picard and stewie's outfits are no longer there! Just Kirk shows up. Anyone else??

Never mind; they are back. 27,000 minimum D to get Kirk, Stewie and Picard costumes. Yikes!!

As we recognized that you can retry to shoot the warbird with the same routine.

Unlocked Talosian Stewie and still a few days before I get all the stuff for Data (hopefully will unlock him before the next Warp Core upgrade). Got to Starfleet Level 10 this morning!

I should have Picard later tonight or first thing in the morning. It just depends on whether or not I can actually stay awake long enough to get the rest of the crystals I need. Should be able to The Guardian thingy tomorrow, but I want to get Picard first. At the rate the sunscreen or whatever it is in the tubes is dropping, I'll have plenty of time to collect the 4k in crystals.

I know I'm beating a dead horse here but how are you guys getting so many crystals? I'm struggling to hit 2000. I have about 375 clams I was going to buy Spock just because it's Spock but I know after this event he'll probably won't be of much use. Any suggestions how to get my crystal count up?

I'm pissed that they reduced the number of tribbles and the amount of time to get them. I have almost 3,000d an still need K&P, total 24,500 D what I still need up to date. We'll only have one week to get Scott and Kaaaaan and Consuela. So I'm trying away missions to the green planet to get up to 450/750, but all I got so far is 15 D even with all 3 people.

If you can keep the streak going beating the Borg Bertram-- higher drops of dark matter and crystals-- in the next couple of weeks.  That's what I'm doing.

I'm doing the grind and collecting every couple of hours.  Also, if you can check in every couple hours, the short tasks have better payout per hour rates.  I haven't payed attention to it, but what Aaron said about keeping the streak going with Borg Stewie makes sense.

A few days ago I noticed Lois's 1 hour is a major payout.  You get 50 in 1 hour (which 50 is normal for a 24 hour task).  Unless you really need her for items, I'd keep her on that task.  Currently she only generates the gown thing (but those come easily in the Sonic Showers), or a orange crystal (a few others have this task along with the 2 rooms), so really should be utilizing this task instead.  Only if you are away from the game for 6 hours at a time should you just use the crystal task.

I'm particiarlly happy they adjusted the phaser game.  I just got Quagmire's costume this morning after needing close to 30 space condoms when this phase started.  They adjusted the new ship to throw the items out and only needing 1 crystal per item again.  So I ramped up orange crystal production and got him done, and only need 6 more of the item for Data.  So finally will be caught up and moving along.  Dr. Crusher I got on Saturday, so time for the catch up on the quest lines before being actually able to collect what I need them too.

We must be playing 2 different games then because mine says 15,000 crystals 150 dark matter and 50 green cubes for Kirk and 8000 crystals for Picard 21 dark matter and 21 green cubes

I've now got Guinan, Picard, Geordi and Chris attacking Borg Stewie, so I should be in good shape when the core upgrades and we get new levels of him to beat. Got 2 more sunscreens today leaving 2 more to get. Still working on items for Data. I noticed something odd about the clams it requires to buy him outright (not that I plan on doing it). One of the ways I check to make sure that I'm getting proper credit for my collected items is to occasionally do the math. Lately the cost to buy the character/skin outright is less than the cost of buying each item individually until you get to just a few items left. However, the cost to buy Data outright is substantially higher than the cost to buy each item. Right now I need 16 anti virus (16*6=96), 12 cat food (12*6=72) & 14 floppy disks (14*4=56) for a total of 224 clams,but to buy him outright its 582 clams. Just something to keep in mind if you get desperate and want to spend clams on him.
