Yes for those that were as confused as I was...I figured it out thanks to pheobexlois. You must search your Quahog for a bucket of candy. You have til October 4th to get 10 pieces of candy. Looks like a bucket Wil appear every day. Can we confirm every 24 hours?

I found it when I went back into the game. I swear it wasn't there the first time. Hopefully it resets earlier than 24 hours like the neighbor visits. Don't want to miss any if I fall asleep early.

Guys candy resets every day at
noon PDT(3pm EDT,7pm GMT) randomly appearing after clearing rent
also make sure you check daily and if you don't collect the candy within 12 hours it disappears forever(that candy) and the last piece of candy will appear sometime between October 3rd noon pdt and October 4th noon PDT

I can't find my 1st pot of candy anyway, I have moved buildings to try and see if its hiding behind them but no luck

Same here. I've collected rent and reset tasks multiple times, moved buildings and removed and replaced but 3 places if road but nothing so far. I hope I didn't miss the first bucket!
