By some of your posts, it would seem you did the 14 and an 8 hour task daily. I've done that a few times along with 8-2-2-2-8 or so and he's only at level 21. He's by far the hardest character to level up. Almost wanted to take bets if Neil Goldman would hit max level before he will (assuming Neil would cap at level 15). |

It's ridiculous how difficult he is to level. In the time between events I usually do the 14/8. Prior to this year I was in the game a lot so I would use his 2 hour during the day and 8 at night most every day, sometimes even using his 1 hour if it coincided with a Tapped Out event or something. As for events I'm usually on every two hours and during Star Trek I tasked only ones that needed leveling, so I was back to the every 2 hours routine for him as it lined up with all of the Star Trek characters tasks. |
