Level 10 and attempting to unlock district 4. Only will have 6 plots of land (left) until the next district unlocks.

Basically the left (to the west) is 8 plots, I will have 2 of those pieces (1 is clearing now, 1 was cleared earlier). So once the new part is cleared I can make my housing district moved over and continue my massive shopping district. I did opt for the 2 cheapest ones (top row) and the one below it. So it will look sort of like a b for the land unowned.

I'm at Lvl 18 just about to hit 19....something neat I found out yesterday...the character have max lvls. Check this out. this is my secondary account that I did the tutorial grind with that I posted about a few weeks ago...pretty cool.

I'm almost to level 11, just unlocked Lois earlier today and I'm working through her tasks so I can unlock the school and Joe next. I wonder how far along I would have been if I had been able to reaccess my beta town when the game went official?
