Carter if you hit the next arrow once you get to your last neighbor it should advance the counter for that task. Once I started doing that, I was able to complete that task easily. I'm just missing one of Peter's. I think it's the Shipoopi one, but I'm too lazy to look at my game right now.

I always use the arrows.  But I did happen to get that this past week.  I don't know if they changed it back or what.  Or if you were supposed to wait for the ! mark to appear before visiting (I know that you can visit in 20 hours, but the ! mark wasn't there after 20 hours).  So I've been doing normal visits when I see the ! mark and always use the arrows as it's faster.  Finally got the final achievement as I said.  Thanks though!
