I'm at Lvl 18 just about to hit 19....something neat I found out yesterday...the character have max lvls. Check this out. this is my secondary account that I did the tutorial grind with that I posted about a few weeks ago...pretty cool. What what is the max level? Each character only levels up to level 15... except peter which I think his max is level 20 but I'm not 100% certain on that one. |

I'm level 16, mostly because I also did the tutorial grind at the beginning.
The cash helped, but I worry it will ruin the game more quickly once I'm maxed out. Then I'll just be waiting around for updates like TSTO.

I'm doing a slow grind 1 worker, always building. First up characters,quest line, then first/1 of a kind building, then multiples. Then I'll add more space and repete. He's going to be tired and hungry as I'm not feeding him and he only get a break in between building.

Also characters aren't unlocked depending on what level you are, as level has no purpose in this game at the moment. The only way to unlock new characters is to finish the previous district and unlock the next one. |

Also it's kinda like TSTO where characters are not unlocked by level. |

Now level 11, FINALLY unlocked district 4 - it's in process of being cleared. While that is being cleared the Playground with Herbert is building. On other notes, I made the full jump to premium. Bought some clams, and Consuela is now in my town! Along with Brain Damaged Horse. I don't have enough for Buzz - but it doesn't seem like he really helps getting the items I need. So hopefully seeing if the remaining free clams will help me get him.
I was very displeased with Consuela's only task being 30 minutes AND requiring Peter. Then in order to use another task she had to be leveled up. That was a complete cash grab, Peter has way too many other things to be doing then being locked up 4 times just so she has an individual task unlocked. For being so expensive, she really has too few tasks. Don't get me wrong - I love that characters can be leveled, but I think characters should have 2-3 tasks available immediately while others unlock with leveling. It's fine that her initial quest required Peter - but I really think she needed an individual task (or 2) available to level up to level 2.
