Yeh, the road part was tricky, but you just gotta drag it once clicking on the top left road symbol. Not as easy as TSTO, or maybe I am just so used to their technique.

I opened up the final piece of land to the right/east on that top row, and also opened up the piece of wood to the west. I plan to make the jump to premium this week, so Consula's House and a few other things will be added to the newly available land. May move the houses and stuff down west.
