My quests are stalled since I need Lois or costumes to continue.  Lois is being sly and hoarding all the wine and Jerome can't seem to generate any.  I think I only got 3 from the building and 2 from Jerome.  I had gotten lucky since my post to that other thread and got 2 wines on my last play.  So now I'm only one away, and the quests will be resumed.  So I have enough land for right now, but I will need to save up cash for the next district.

I completed the Golden Suit quest line, and paid out tons of cash.  Tweaked out Peter one was finished too, and after Peter's current quest, he will finally be used to generate the missing items from his hooker costume along with Quagmire's costume(s).

It was at least 1000 coins, probably more with the tasks.  It was just 2 simple tasks - one for his 12 hour, and the other his 6 hour task.  So I ran both of those yesterday and used the profits to buy land.  The quest completion gave like 500 coins each, plus the task value.  So it felt like a huge increase in pay.

I have since created a small circus area.  I'm a sucker for limited time free items.  I almost wasn't going to buy fencing (since I wasn't sure if I'd get the costume without clams), but since I did complete it, I bought up about 50 pieces of fence, the free game and that was about it.  I did get the Ring of Fire, since I like premium tasks - but did pass on the tent and other stuff.  Once I have District 7 up to date, I will be posting more updates.
