Was watching last Sunday's episode and it got me thinking about something I don't remember ever getting answered. How many of the Characters actually understand what Stewie is saying? So far the characters that i can remember have been shown to understand him are:
Brian
New Brian
Vinny
Chris
Consuela
Stu(Future Stewie)
Everyone else seems to understand him in a few episodes like the one where stewie shoots Lois but don't know if that counts

I find for the most part everyone can understand Stewie and listen to him when they want to. But they just usually don't pay attention to what he says.
