No, it's a daily bonus. If you play Tapped Out, think of it like #1's daily tasks. You get 24 hours to do the tasks, so if you are playing actively in the 24 hours, you'll get more rewards.

Are there only the 3 characters that get Jell-O shots? I thought the description said a building too but I see no such building? I think it's the premium buildings and stalls that came out during the event. I'm not sure though as I don't own any of them. |

This mini-quest of defeating king butt is simply another way to get moon idols fast. You don't earn the character by completing the quest a certain number of times, he will just be released for 100k moon idols in a bit.
Every time you defeat king butt your multiplier will go up and the timer will reset to 24h to get your next jelly's. After a few defeats though, you will need 40 jelly's within 24h, which is (near) impossible without speeding up the tasks.
The buildings that drop jelly's have yet to be released, no doubt for clams.
Adventure Peter drops the red and purple jelly's, quagmire drops the red and blue jelly's and cleveland drops purple and blue.

Adventure Peter drips red and purple, regular Peter drops red and blue. But in the little intro it shows Joe dropping shots too. I wonder if as you defeat him more ppl begin dropping shots and it mentions buildings too
Have every event premium building and as of yet none of them are labeled or have dropped any shots

Oh OK I gotcha. So basis 150, at 5x it'd be 7500...Makes it a bit more manageable to get to 100k

There may be more characters who'll drop shots and likely even buildings. |
