Just thought i would take some time to thank and praise the tinyCo customer service, having accidentally bought a 25 clam sarcophagi i asked if there was any chance they could refund this purchase. Within 12 hours i received a response as well as my 25 clams. If this was tapped out I would still be waiting next week.
Anyone else have any praise for them?

No i cant even get into the game and tinyco said they cant do anything till after the event great

I contacted the CS once when my Clowns didn't spawn regular. I got an answer within 24 hours and the spawn was fixed.
So yeah, I think they are doing a pretty nice job.

I have had a few small issues since the game came out, they have always been quick to respond and sorted out the issue quickly. So yes, their customer service gets from me
