How many idols have you collected.

Just curious as to where I stand in relation to others. I have a little over 14,000 idols total. I haven't spent any clams nor do I plan to. I think those butt shrines are just so ugly. I refuse to spend my hard earned clams on something i don't want to look at all the time. I think I'll get the camel, but I'm really hoping for the pyramid. At this rate I don't think I'll get it though.

I just got the silver statue but I have 1 small and 1 medium shrine

I have almost 22,000. I haven't bought any clams so no shrines. I did just buy til death and jake with clams that I have accumulated though. Since this is their first big event I have been grinding it, sending everyone on 1hr. jobs 12-14 times a day (with the exception of the dual tasks that earn more) to see if I could finish this event as a freemium player. Right now it doesn't look like I'll even come close. One thing I will say for ea, despite all their faults and errors in tsto, one thing they got right was their events. From their first event Halloween 2012 if you put in the effort you could finish without spending any money. After a while they started to increase the amount of grinding needed to finish each event but by then I was hooked, buying donuts and spending them to speed portions of events as I got tired of the grind. Tinyco is SLOWLY increasing the amount of idols you can acquire (like no mummies seem to drop anything less than 2 idols now). If I'm not able to finish this event I'll be taking a much more relaxed approach to future events.

Ok so I guess I am behind everyone else. I did notice that the mummies are now dropping at least two idols a piece, which is nice. But I still don't think I'll get anywhere near finishing. Oh well. At least Easter cured me of needing to get everything during events. I'll still be disappointed though. Not sure if all these extra ways to earn tubes and idols were planned from the start but it seems like someone at tiny co messed up the numbers when they calculated the prizes for this event. Increasing the amount of idols dropped per mummy half way though seems like they're trying to fix it though.

Wow, 16 hrs later I'm at 116k with a 2k collection in twenty minutes. I wonder if the will be a sharing mechanic introduced soon?

I'm at 79k, got 3x of those badankudunk shrines, so should easily clear over 200k by the end of the event. Anybody have any idea what the 1st prize will require?

I'm almost at 35K idols. I hope to get at least 50K by the end of the event. Only got a small shrine for this event and earning idols mostly from Mermaid Peter, Goth Chris, S&M Lois and the premium characters.
