Back in February I tried creating a username for Family Guy and got an error after filling out the required fields. So I tried changing my password and right away they sent me an email to change password. I know it's a crappy pic. So something must have worked.....  |

I also get errors when I want to create an account. I did the same thing you did (actually on the first day of playing the game) and asked for a password reset. Even without ever having created an account, I also got an email to reset my password. Did not do much though. I still cannot create an account or sign into with the e-mail address I used for the password reset. :-( |
