Do you have any tips on getting any of the epic and extra rare items? We all know they are random but what did you find that helped out?

Also, do you have any suggestions for my site? What would you want to read? How would you want to become more involved?

Extra rare are 10-20% epic are 5-10% besides try getting every building that drops materials it's luck
