I think the drop is random, in the sense that it isn't already established upon starting task. I had a couple of occasions were the game crashed, disconnected or just didn't properly save. And then when I got back on the game i recollected said task, let's say Lois tai bo, and even though i didn't get a headband originally, this second time around on the same task i got it

I'm still waiting for an eyeball and headband for anime Peter so that I can finish my battle with Tricia. The hwhips are making me crazy. At the rate I'm getting them I'll have enough in another month.
