I have it planned out. Im going to collect a total of 120 film reals before I but the pumpkin tower. Then Im just going to buy both right away so I don't have to bother with the 24 hours.
I know its still not fair for those who did not know about the 24 hour time thing for slasher cat. (Like who the hell would know that). And I agree thats bad practice, and TinyCo really needs to get it together.
As for Death. Im going to see if I can hold off on him, Yes I real want him really bad, but Im just going to use slasher cat (Since he may not be used for anything else in the event) to unlock Death and the other building drops.
For the Death 24 hour challenge, if you do that. (Which means buy him for X many clams) you get an EIGHT hour task that drops 1 water ball. Really stupid if you ask me. Like 8 hours? If it was 1 hour then maybe. And they don't tell you what you are getting in the challenge...

I also love how quagmires house is 26 Film Reals. Not an even 25 but 26. And before the house you start off with 0. Really Tiny Co. That means i have to kill 2-4 extra nuns just to get that 1 extra thing. *sigh* And it's for a freakin' skin for a house. The progression from 20 film reels for the pumpkin tower to 100 for slasher cat and timed for 24 hours with instant buy of over 1300 clams is ridiculous. Must be a bunch of sadists, money grubbing game programmers at TinyCo.  As someone who has supported and love the game from the beginning, these kinds of stunts makes me lose interest in the game. |

I want to say the third item was like 16 or something, so you'd have to exchange an additional time just to get it. It evened out for the item before the house skin, but it was off since the beginning. |

I think I'm not even going to bother with Slasher Cat-- 100 film reels-- just ridiculous. I don't even know why I waste my time with this game anymore. I've been wanting to quit the game and I think this is it. I'll just focus on unlocking Death the rest of the event once I get the Pumpkin Tower. Tinyco will lose their one of their greatest supporters? I thought you absolutely loved the game . Death seems he will take forever with all the overlap. I decided to drop the challenge thing (45 nuns over 3 days), and just focus on death. Don't need lame decorations each week. I took a couple of screens for some interesting evidence. Better believe I took a screen cap of the unlock death in 24 hours. I finished the challenge earlier today with a day and some change left. The 24 hr was just stupid ridiculous. Now I'm saving up for S.Cat before unlocking the last 2 for the week. And support said all prizes will be available till the end of the event - timed challenges like 24 hrs to get S.Cat. |

So it seems I should stop leveling so I can get Slasher Cat easier. It only gets harder with level ups. I'm torn that I want to get Death, but half the characters need water balloons too. Of course it had to be an extra rare and not a common item. So it will take weeks to get those items. Alright maybe it's time to get out (for realz this time).

By the time I get there it will be week 2 so death might take longer to get. Don't give up so easily, I only got 1 scythe now after 10-20 try's and now I only have Lois doing it. You can't get death unless you gut the pumpkins and if you do then you have 24 hrs to get S. Cat, so just get all the reels to get S.Cat then he can get scythes. Thursday we get page 2 prizes with new "soda for reels". I got 59 reels now for the last two prizes and everyone's getting balloons, Lois-scythes (well she's trying to), Bruce-shoes 8/18. So I don't expect to get death till next week or so, but I'm sure we'll use the same people for next week and get a new challenge to use the same 5 people because of tinyco doesn't think premo players should have an advantage over freemium players. Tinyco really should play TSTO to see how it's done successfully. |

Right now I'm focusing all characters on water balloons to get Slasher Cat. Don't want him but it'll help Death come faster. Once I have enough balloons everybody will work towards Death's items. Seeing as I currently have around 280 scream points, there's no way to obtain 300+ points to progress to level 4 in time for the next content drop so I'm sticking to my plan of getting Death and calling it quits on this event. Which is a shame because I could've really gotten into this event. I love horror movies and would love to have Chucky, Pinhead and others but my dislike of TinyCo is stronger than my wanting those characters.
Speaking of characters, I feel they really dropped the ball (what else is new) with the ones they introduced. I'd so much rather have unholy nun as a taskable character than Slasher Cat. I have a feeling I'll like the other squatters more than the others as well. And wtf is with Patrick? Why would they pay anything to use him when they could've gone with a generic mental patient? Or better yet a movie character most would recognize. You think not many people knew who Deadmau5 was? I guarantee that the majority of even the most die hard horror movie film buffs don't know Patrick.
