"Evil" mini event/2014 Halloween costumes mini event

In terms of the free content, I got it all except Joe's Evil House. Figured I don't need 2 copies of his house with this one being worthless, so I had shot for the Church of Satan, and managed to get it today. If I wasn't getting hosed on this anti-coin drop, I might have had Joe's Evil House. Had all the buildings at the earliest opportunity (have 4 builders), but didn't manage to get enough coins. Had a few days only getting like 2 coins for the 8 potential drops.

Same here but I got the nunnery building last.

You are on to something.  Just got a pop up saying Meg's and Connie's Halloween costumes are available. I already had both, but your theory seems to be right.  Perhaps their major event wasn't ready, so they reissued some costumes.

Seeing as I have all the costumes from last year, I'm not going to bother with the quest line. I'm not wasting time that can be better spent finishing district 11. I need Joe, Quagmire and Peter for item drops. Plus the quests will disappear at 3pm pst Monday regardless of where you're at in them. Just one big time waster for anyone who got all costumes last year.

Well I was only doing the quest line when Peter had a chance.  Right now I'm stuck on Flutes (much like the Blue Earrings before) where it's literally taking a week+ to get 5 of the item.  The issue is that they are 12 hour tasks AND both the Earrings and Flutes have required Peter.  So if he had a job, I would do it for little until he was not needed.  I also don't care if the quest line is finished, but if it's in my next task, I wait it out until Peter is free.

Supposedly that "helps" with item drops.  Can't wait until Paddie is there, then the final ghost will be free to unlock and Peter can resume the limited time quests.  I imagine the helmets I'm hearing so much about probably require Peter and I'm taking a shot in the dark but probably Chris too.  Seeing at the Blue Earrings were Quagmire and Peter, the Flutes were Peter and Dr. Hartman.  Makes sense to have another ghost lock in an early level character.

They don't repeat events, just bring back these guys as premium.  Or more than likely Stewie will be premium.
