Character Re-Unlock/ Quest redo?

Hey,

About week 4 of the mobster event I logged in, and all the characters I've ever unlocked were locked up and had to be re-unlocked, and when I did that, it then gave me the original quests for them as well....

Anyone else experience this?

Never seen that before. Maybe they thought your account was abandoned and were in process of clearing it? No idea.
