I guess I won't see the challenge.. I don't have Tricia. Been wondering how long it would take to show up. Oh well, round 7: 9 donut goons. Was super easy, I just spammed the nunchuck one to lower the meat down (only need 4 of the 15 required left), then just started 9 of them in a row. Might as well keep the party going till the end. The third star should come tomorrow I believe and will just see how it irons out. As much as I would love an extension to get Trica, I doubt it will happen and I don't want it to happen. Well like I said before complete all 5 weekly challenges to get the prize, I just speed my way through the 4th week and the bottom one is locked still. So like I said (5 weeks!?) the event ends in 2 days but we can't compete the challenge till next week? Error or planned extension, oh we're so sorry for the problems we extended a week and here are some more people to buy (we planed this cha-ching). It's weird, since the text on the screen says 5 weeks, but there's only 4 weeks worth of prizes. So it does seem like a planned extension. If they do extend it, I really hope the leaderboards end though. |

Ok so 2 x1000 cookies each boxes showed up and guess what, it has all the predicted items I originally said would be there and more. Now all we need is a box with all the mansions in it, but we'll have to wait until next week.

I just checked the leaderboards and it says I've been banned. 3 days till the event ends and no idea why. I contacted support and now just waiting to see what their answer will be. It'll be interesting to see if they reinstate my rank before the end. If they screw me out of Don Corleone it'll be the final nail in the coffin for my participation in this game. Sorry to hear that man  It sounds like people have been getting banned when they buy too many decos at once and shoot up too quickly. Were you cashing out your cookies? |

So those that have Tricia and/or Bonnie - who is worth it? I'm close to 20k in cookies and don't have either of them yet, and I'm wondering who is the better skin to go after. Does Tricia's skin have any good visual tasks?
Bonnie I still need 2 of those rares which seem likely to get today, or early tomorrow - so I know she is needed to complete the quest line, but would Tricia's skin be better? Or am I better off completing the quest line and draining it on the mystery boxes? Doesn't seem like there's anything great about either of them (mystery boxes).

I got Tricia's skin this morning... Didn't think I would get to 20k cookies in time but I did... Surprisingly.
I'm hiring the 15 luchadors I need to knock out Don for the fifth time to get Scrotes.. Gonna take me the next 15 hours, as I didn't have any luchadors left after the last run. (Was 15 showgirls)
I'm not even close to finishing the second star on the Villa.. So will not be getting Mob Wife Bonnie unless they extend the event another week. I won't even try now...

What's everyone dumping their cookies on?
Is there a deco (other than the golden crane.. Don't have 5,000 left), that drops more mob rep than the other decos?

Welll they switch the weekly challenge from 5 to 4 so now it matches up so I guess were not going to have another week. I just want to know where is my mansion I completed all four weekly challenges and since the change I haven't received my mansion.

The bamboo, cherry blossom tree, and lotus blossom also pay out mob rep at the same ratio as the crane--1 mob rep earned for every 5 cookies spent. I stocked up on a ton of bamboo and cherry blossom trees b/c they look dope. I hope to use them once I clean up my sty of a town. I've also burned 4000 cookies on barrels, which don't pay out mob rep, but are the best deco I've ever come across for 3D terrace effects. I might end up blowing all of my remaining cookies on them. |

Hmm, 3.16pm PST and the game hasn't stopped yet for me... if I'd known this would happen i definitely would have made different choices about how I spent the last of the cookies. Anyone who's been through an event before, what usually happens at the end? is there some kind of definite cut off point?

Event officially over; TinyCo usually takes down the event within the hour unlike Tapped Out which extends for days. According to FB page, another event coming up-- later today! No rest for the weary! |
