Just logged in today to see a new plot of land has been added.
I wonder how long until the quests trigger to unlock the new district.

I wonder how long until the quests trigger to unlock the new district. you will need to complete the quest “The Wild Wild Mayor West Pt. 5″ to start the quest “The Great Plutonium Heist Pt. 1″ After the Great Plutonium Heist Part 4 it will trigger the Away we go questline after completing part 2 of that you will be able to unlock the fine arts distrct |

Awesome...thanks cleveland. Takes a little while. I'm on the 12s to complete the last part of the first quest line. I was lucky to send Stewie on his 16 hour task in the morning (for lack of a better task to pick, wanted him free the following morning earlier than normal). So I had a jump start on the quest line before knowing it was part of it. Mayor West was doing his 6 hour task all day for leveling purposes, so I bypassed the first 3 parts very quickly. |
