Mini event launched with Phineas and his twin bro. Both are free for cash, Phineas is 5 days to unlock after build (like the same for the other).
Steriod Stewie is 200 clams (!!?!)
To get Phineas, you need 60 of a common item (squadders only - appear every 4 hours)
10 extra rare (steaks), can get from squadders, Rupert chat on phone task (4 hour?) or premium Stewie outfit
and finally Performance enhancers (uncommon item) (need 5) from Bonnie/Lois 6 hour tasks and premium stewie.

Mine too. They're going to have to at least buy me dinner and take me to a concert first. I'm ordering the surf and turf with salad, appetizers, desert and at least 2 whatever-I-want-a-tinis for that price.

I'm not sure if I will finish in time to get Phineas. You need to get 10 extra rare items. I only have one so far.

Updated the price/original post with details. They did that quickly, mine was updated to 200. Not like I would have bought it for 150 anyways, but it WAS briefly 150.
If you need a trick to find the squadders, tap the "go to" on Phineas task. It will take you to a squadder to tap.
Progress: 15/60 commons, 2/10 steaks, 0/5 enhancers

This is going to be a tough challenge to unlock these two guys...
The other guy is worse - 80 fat joggers and 8 steroid needles, that's 20 more joggers and 3 more steroid needles, the other item is eggs
Got some work to do now lol

I like that all the new premium buildings only cost 25-75 clams. It's a shame though that this appears to be the new way of things. Charge crazy amounts for skins, lessen the price of the buildings and not provide more land. I would imagine they made this change because probably quite a few people have stopped buying premium buildings due to lack of land. I know I have for the most part. I'm tempted at those prices but... I did buy Bulge. Really like the looks of it. And only 25 clams. I like the diner and house of steaks too plus they're not too much... and here I go again  |

Seems Phineas I may have by end of day today (at the current rate). |

Oh I was positively surprised by this mini event. Just a few days ago I said, that I would like to have the fat Stewie of the episode with beautiful Peter and the steroid Stewie as well. But I cannot overcome to spend 200clams for the costume yet. (And probably never will.)
I'm not so lucky like Carter. I just have 3 steaks, 1 egg and 2 testo syringes. The weights won't be a problem but the rest will be close.

I did get 1 egg already, but as soon as the steaks are done, Rupert will only be earning eggs - and since it's an "always" drop, those will go quick too. Thankfully I got Rupert free back at that mini-event. Seems to really pay off for this mini-event. Now if only Cranston, Takai and the other premium celebs did something like this, that'd be awesome (along with KISS). |

Well but I think you're not doing so bad. I didn't forget to switch back to regular Lois but I'm not in a better situation just a little different or maybe even a worse?
