So uh.. I pretty much quit playing in early December (couldn't take yet another repetitive event..) but around new years I started checkin in here and there every day or so... and I have Jillian set out at the easter egg booth, and to unlock her it says i have to place her apartment building... Did it get removed from game? I thought I had placed it, but apparently not... So is she just stuck in limbo?

This "building" requires particular items to 'drop the ball' at the top. When the ball drops, you get awarded the apartment building. I don't know the status of that Tower, I would think it would still be available to place as it's required for the Apartments. If you don't have the tower (in the build menu or inventory) then you'd have to let Tinyco know that unlocking her is impossible. |

Oh OK I've got that building placed... Just haven't gotten the stuff.
. Like I said pretty much rarely checking... But figured what the hey.....
