Ok, so I recently nuked my town. I did so with some excitement to build my town from scratch and try to make some cool designs, and fit in all of the newer buildings and decorations. Only now I am realizing that is pretty dang hard to just get the design process started again. Once I get going on a little section I am usually ok, until I realize I have no idea where to go next. What are some of your design strategies, and what do you guys think is the best approach to take with a completely nuked town? Thanks.

One thing to remember is the section of woods on the right that disappear for special events. Maybe starting by there and setting up some type of "free flow" area that can be altered or a homage to all the past events?

To go along with that, I'd also say to keep in mind the current land borders. The woods to the top/left always goes back a row for major events. The areas to the bottom/right seem to expand for districts. So I'd say be mindful of the town borders as they will likely expand out.
