Strategy when battling the yeti. You can have your character on task during the four hour respawn time(Don't click them), then when the yeti comes back you just complete the task. I just did that John McClain for the 4 hour task but I would suppose you can use any character, have them on task and then complete them when the yeti comes back. BTW you need to have at least two characters on the task, one to beat the yeti and one or more to continue on.

Unless I can find a way to get the yeti on my schedule this is going to be challenging. Because the update was delayed, he's currently coming about 10 pm my time and last night I wasn't able to defeat him until 9 pm, so when he came back at 1 am I was fast asleep and now I'm 7 hours behind. I really don't want to buy John McClain because he's just going to be another useless character in my town after the event. Hopefully, I'll get Mort soon before I get tap happy and tap Peter's exclamation point.
I did one silver box just for the heck of it. Can't remember off the top of my head what I got, but I was happy with it. Probably won't do any more unless I have a big night of eggnog drinking and then all bets are off.

Is anybody else getting clams every time you send a friend a present? Yesterday I noticed that I got 5 clams per present and today I'm getting 25. I'm considering pulling McClane off of yeti duty to wrap more presents if this keeps up.

ill do that after i get Jesus the cookies are easy the snowflakes are tougher finally got the last snowflake giftbox prize death roe caviar which has a chance to drop super menorahs for mort every 8h

I'm a freak.  I accidentally finished Peter's action with the button in the top left a few hours after i posted here that i won't do so.  So my challenge started, I don't have Hanukkah Mort and it's so not doable for me. I was able to clear the first hatted Yeti for one time in the night and when i got up the timer remains about 18 hours. So I let elapse the countdown und try to use my last opportunity next time. |

I'm just amazed how TinyCo manages to get these iconic characters in the game while EA/ Tapped Out has yet to do any guest voice actors in the game in 3 years. |
