That is possible, i'd prefer the top where the event area is usually opened, mainly because there is plenty space up there for a big expansion of land, and if TinyCo were really clever, they could just leave the square in place where the events are opened, it could be a nice uneditable feature, like a central park of Quahog that opens up for every event. I'd certainly love to design my town around that kind of thing. Just my thoughts there though actually yea because it opens up more of the water also if you noticed the area in front of the event district is the same as it's been since launch that area has not expanded

I want them sailing in the waters - also, if they have that, they could add a new 4 man task for Peter, Cleveland, Joe and Quagmire fishing on Peter's boat. Be proper funny that would

Well that was a pointless addition of land, Thanks TinyCo, you might as well keep it. I won't be able to add much to that one little strip of land, as soon as roads are placed, none of the stupid building sizes you release will fit. Useless. Very disappointed indeed. So tempted to just skip this xmas event now, no point to even unlocking the land as once again, there are more items than land available. I say again, VERY disappointed indeed, and a tadd angry that the development and advancing in my game is not going to go very far with one strip of land. Jeez

Do you see the black clouds and the Pawtucket Factory in the bottom (next to what was "district 7"). That's coming soon I imagine as well.

This is why I no longer buy premium buildings. Thanks to this new strip of land I'll finally be able to place my Halloween items. Only buildings I buy in the future will be for in-game cash. Between the downgraded graphics and not enough land I can't see buying anymore clams.
It kills me that they decided to tank the in-game economy rather than add more land. In the beginning they were doing things as usual, slowly increasing the price of buildings the farther you went in the game. At one point they rose as high as 15K. Then they decided to decrease the price of everything with nothing costing more than 2K. Now they just increase the cost of land. Maybe they'll change at some point but I'm not holding my breath.

I did see that area of land, but as we know, there will be a lot of content for that district no doubt. This is what's frustrating me, one strip of land on the NW side is of no use to me at all, It will be full by the time the roads and a few buildings are placed in it. I dno't mean to sound like i'm moaning, but i think for players strapped for land, it's just not enough to do the job. Two strips would have been better. These are just my opinions though and no offense is intended

The land is definitely an issue, but I've decided that I'm going to store the bland office buildings. If I keep out only the buildings that I like and the ones that are unique that should free up some space. It would be nice to have little sections for the items from different events, but if there's no room there's no room. Although you would think that the powers that be would realize that people don't want to spend money for items that they're going to ultimately have to store.

I have a lot of premium decorations stuck in storage as i can't find space for them at all, basically, have none Has anyone noticed the building that was the first stages of the Blimp added as a free decoration? I've tried to place it but it will not go anywhere, not even the small space i've left before placing my last building there

I'm feeling the same way. I have tons of buildings in the inventory and no where to display them. I will now make a halloween area next to my kingdom of the full moon and comic con areas.

I will now make a halloween area next to my kingdom of the full moon and comic con areas. It's like you read my mind man! It's also going to be awkward since those areas are wider but smaller, and the Halloween one will be long and skinny due to the land. Not looking to remodel either, but at least I can move all the Halloween acquired items back there now and free up district 8/9 land for actual developments.
