Lets look at the event now, with 16 days left to complete it, some people will be devising their own strategy for Thursday not knowing what we are to expect so may be stockpiling their items for the cauldron in anticipation for what may be released soon, some may be stockpiling bombs, others may be saving traps for poltergiests
Made me think... what is your strategy for the last two weeks of the event?
Currently, i am a good 8k spirit vials away from Mr Weed, however, i have all the items stockpiled up so far - Mr Weed is my target unless something else comes along that i may want more
46 terror dog bones
45 banshee tears
54 poltergiest claws
67 candy jars
on top of these, i am stockpiling bombs now incase we have a quest like in Comic Con where we need to hit a certain amount of ToT's (as was with minion Stewie) to achieve something, so all characters that drop bombs are doing just that, getting as many as i can, so far, i've saved 13 stink/smoke bombs, it would be double but i used quite a few when the kids were coming out of nowhere yesterday!
I only have three traps so far, i have bene using them more to pick up my Poltergeist claw total, however, unless necessary i will be saving these too as i suspect there may be a poltergeist challenge coming soon too
My thoughts on setting Mr Weed as my main target for this event now is once i have him, that's 50 clams right there as i have Diane and Francis. Anything else can wait, and since i only collect Spirit Vials with buildings and character tasks, it's going to be the only item i want at the end of this event
Well, that's my tactic anyway lol

I'm getting the prizes as they go along really, I've got all apart from Mr weed and slutty cat Meg. I would like Mr weed but probably won't be able to get him unless I don't try get anything else.
I've only just started to stockpile bombs etc, in case they're needed for a challenge like comic con as well.

I don't understand why every one is struggling with this event and the time frame, seems more than an adequate amount of time for each stage.
I am a player that only plays maybe twice a day and I have accumulated all the event prizes without much difficulty. Why are so many players have a hard time?
I have really enjoyed the influx of the Ghostbuster's theme as well as the Alien, but it has gotten extremely monotonous and boring.

Just got to wait and see what comes up, but, knowing my luck it will be ghost traps i need which i only have 3 of lol |

I'm not sure if the giant will evolve (like Stewie did), but it's possible the 5th challenge next week will be to defeat x latchers, defeat x trick-or-treaters and defeat the giant x times. |

I've been stockpiling the whole time pretty much... Got Mr. Weed yesterday, otherwise with all prizes 'brewed' at least once I'm currently at: 52 Terror Dog Bones 33 Banshee Tears 79 Latcher Talons 85 Candy Corn Traps I haven't really stockpiled so much on, but I always keep 1 or 2 handy in case the GB headquarters, mansion, or cannery get hit by a latcher... because those are big vial producers.... Bombs I started stockpiling last night... I've got 10 at the moment.. I'll throw one here and there if I see a big patch of kids that will produce candy corn  I'm still just hoping the last 2 weeks wont be like the past 2 events with the 'pesticides' then 'torpedoes' type thing.. I know some of you have said it's likely, but I can still hope... |

*sighs* yeah I saw, 2 hour missions with horrible odds of getting what you need when you need it.. and they want 10 in 72 hrs... >.< plus, ha... 'all 4 ghostbusters' wait? So we have to collect items to get Cleveland GB, but some of the people that have options to get stuff for him are needed to get rockets... SMH... meanwhile I've got characters like bonnie, stewie, lois, connie, etc. with NO tasks related to collecting rockets or helping with this event in any way... >.<
EDIT: BTW: Peter does not have any missions so far for collecting rockets.. Not sure about joe or quagmire as they're on banshees and terror dogs to collect stuff for cleveland!
