Thought I'd make a separate thread since he is pretty awesome and I'm not so good at following along in the mega thread (and with an event going on, I figured a few threads wouldn't hurt--still have another 4 weeks to go  ). Did anyone shell out 250 clams for Predator? Thinking about it? I got him and must say, I quite like him already. And in case you're wondering, yes, he's "voiced."  Task list from familyguytips: |

I'm on the fence. I know he's only been out a few hours, but if anyone would like to give some feedback on their experience with him that would be great. Just don't want to end up with another King Butt type character roaming around after the event.

No brainer this one, its the predator, 250clams had to be bought to get him

Just don't want to end up with another King Butt type character roaming around after the event. King Butt was little more than a token at the end of a poor event. Saying that, Predator is not likely to have any function once the Halloween event ends, he's not part of the family guy storyline that I know of, so I doubt that he'll be tied into any future content. Not that King Butt and Predator would be alone in any of our towns in that capacity however - Consuela, Dr. Hartman, Buzz Killington, Brain Damaged Horse, Rupert, Mort, Bonnie, Mayor West, Tom Tucker, Ron Perlman, Patrick Stewart, Nathan Fillon, Felicia Day, Stan Lee... (I could clearly go on, and on, and on...). Predator has a lot more tasks than King Butt, is much more fun, has a worth while quest line (which has been extended beyond the original 4 part quest line), and has many really funny outdoor tasks. I couldn't recommend him, as he costs money, and will eventually do nothing but wander about with no purpose, but thats what every character in my game does now, bar 5-10 of them. |
