With District 9 Coming Soon Wanted to leave a PSA for y'all to remind you guys that if you haven't already make sure you have at least 100-200k+ coins saved up to
Clear the District Block
Repair City Hall(supposed to be)
Purchase Channel 5
Purchase the free buildings that will be needed for questline at some point
Create Beautiful Peter
buy the land for district 9.
Also District 9 will also bring us possibly between 70-105 clams
70(35 when we unlock Tom Tucker and 35 for unlocking Mayor West)
10(possibly for completing one of the quests)
25(for those who didn't have the Android glitch which gave us clams before completing some of the categories)

Really looking forward to this one, hopefully it might reveal the mystery surrounding one or two of the other characters that are coming soon * Death * Evil Monkey * Barbera Pewterschmi... ummm (sorry, have never been able to spell that name lol) * Gillian * Neil Goldman Gonna be interesting to see where and how they fit in  |

This is actually why I'm hoping that district 9 doesnt come out for a good 2 weeks yet. I've only got 19k at the mo, I only just finished clearing the last lands that they released with the comic con event, like the day before the event ended.
Love to get into an event on top of things for a change!

it might be coming tomorrow or tonight since they showed us that we have to repair channel 5 plus usually they show that coming soon popup a day or two before the district is out they did the same thing with district 8
one of the decorations we are getting is the news truck Trica has a task that requires it. im holding off buying the land until district 9 comes out

Unless they will be plopping in the next few districts, we may get 1 or more of those characters with 9. yea theres also the possiblity of premium characters that we dont know of yet. hopefully they will at least add the name of the building they are coming with. i agree that we may get at least one with 9 since there are 5(not counting West or Tucker) characters and we usually get two per district |

With the update lats night came new land, but right now, with only $260K in the bank, i'm not opening it up just yet until i've cleared District 9
New land values at present are
* Top strip of land - $60.000
* Middle strip of land - $70.000
* Bottom strip of land (next to the ocean) - $80.000
With those prices, unless your in the millions, it's definately best to wait it out until District 9 is cleared

I have almost 300,000 coins. I'm not going to buy any of the land along the side yet, I'm going to wait to unlock all of d9's land and buildings first.

I have 1.5 million (well had) and all 4 workers now - so I started clearing the 3 new plots and leaving 1 worker for District 9. I figure by the time I can actually start it, the other 3 workers will be close to if not wrapped up clearing the 3 other plots. So I will have the other character building started and clear the block for the news station.
