Without doing it? I'm not spending any money on the game, but that quest has been sitting there since day 1 of the game and its driving me crazy. How can I get rid of it without doing it?

Cant say for certain because I forked out but wasn't there supposed to have been an update which put both the clam and facebook quests on a timer?
Reinstalling shouldn't really be a solution since I think it's server side but im talking out my ass now

Unfortunately I think it's stuck there until they decide to get rid of the promotion. Mine is still there cuz I refuse to fork over the money for it.

Simple answer is you can't... the only way you're going to get rid of that quest is by purchasing the coins, so until they decide to stop the promotion you will be stuck with that quest I'm afraid. Also you're correct in thinking that it's server side.  |
