Use caution when selling directly from your inventory, if you have multiple items (say, 6 colossus fireworks), it will sell them ALL. If its just one or two you want to sell, place them first and do it one at a time. Also, some buildings and decorations are unsellable. With so many different things unsellable I cant list them all, so its just a case of seeing for yourselves on this one

Just a further tip with regard to selling multiples or anything at all from inventory, don't!! Instead, place it somewhere in your town, and sell it from there, you wont have any crashes if you sell stuff this way, you will when selling directly from inventory.

Do you get $$ back from selling stuff?
If I try and sell the Pawtucket truck I accidentally bought for 40 clams, would I get clams back?

It seems to be added with the latest update. But it still seems to be glitchy crashing the game when you try selling from inventory thats normal from beta and at launch if you clicked o the little inventory button from the shop menu it did the same thing ts probably because they are still working on it an probably the next update will fix it hopefully

@dave3490 it might also be because of how glitchy it is at the moment so once it is fixed theyll probably ake more sellable like there are stuff that should be sellable but arent like the common standard typical and average offices are sellable but the see through classy and sleek offices arent. also i notcied that prizes from the rupert box (dansu dansu ale truck etc.) if you had those items already they have them side side and only one is sellable

Yea I got a response from them about the selling glitch it'll be fixed in the upcoming 1.2.1 so if IOS users haven't gotten the update yet that's probably why, ik it may not seem fair but at least you guys get a update with little to no bugs

You can sell from inventory without crashing however be careful because like @dave3490 mentioned it'll sell all of the items that you have multiples of not just one of it
like if you have 5 bushes it'll sell all 5
