Hello - I'm not sure if this is the place to post this, so I apologize in advance.
I was not able to add friends, and saw a suggestion that the Facebook page admin told another user would fix this problem, which was to reinstall the game. I did that and upon launching the app, it prompted me to start the whole game over. Has this happened to anybody else? Is there a way to restore my progress? I had already unlocked 12 of the 18 "freemium" characters. This saddens me a little, because I really liked the game, but don't really want to start all over.

Hi and welcome  At first I linked my google account then sold my soul for a measly 5 clams by linking my facebook account. Try linking your google account and see if that gets your town back, if that doesn't work then I'm afraid it sucks to be you..  Sorry, we live and learn  Edit! Bonus lesson: Maybe you have an auto backup app that you could restore the game files from the last time it ran? |

If you had it connected to an Email Address, Facebook or Google+ then yes you can just log back in... if not then chances are no there's no way to get it back I'm afraid. |
