She just dropped one for me, and I then put her back on the task straight afterwards.

I just checked as I had her on task to collect harpoons anway and the multiple box that was missing before is back. Weird.

It happens to all the characters the harpoons won't appear unless demon Stewie is there so if you defeated him do not finish the tasks until he is back

I've been getting harpoons from everyone that drops them
For everyone's information, Iron Baby Stewie drops all three harpoons for his 2hr revise harpoon design task - please note that TinyCo may change this at any time, but for now, its all three harpoons for his 2hr task.
