I was also thinking he'd be a main character.  It seems like the premiums are more 1-off unique gag joke characters.  Jake, Til Death, Buzz and Consuela were mostly for particular gags.  All of the mainstream characters have been free, Griffin family (obviously), Quagmire, Joe, Bonnie - so I'd think Cleveland would fall into that category of main reoccurring characters.

I'm 99% positive Cleveland will be a free character, but I had to put him in the poll as we don't know for sure yet!

I understand why he was included, but I was surprised that people were voting for him.  Maybe some people didn't realize the poll concerned premium characters.

Agreed for both those to being premium.  Depending on how they add your family to the show Cleveland, I can see the others in the family as premiums.

When I voted it was cause he would just be coming back but Ik what this was about and it'd be better having him as a free character because that way he'd start with more tasks since it seems premium characters so far have pretty much had only one task to start with
