Dang, I only have two more pies left and I'm done. Don't think I'll make it without spending clams. After I get my next pie, pee pants will cost ten clams, which is what I received for clearing the clowns. Might as well use them. If it weren't for my town having a max of one type of clown, I would have finished with no issues. I had the same issue. I would wake up on Saturday and Sunday to 2 clowns. I was trying to log in hourly (when I could) and even took extra restroom breaks to clown smash. This mini event was more stressful than whacking day. Whacking Day I at least made it with like a few days to spare (before extension), I felt the clock really counting down this weekend to get this done. Same here. Spent all weekend trying to log in every hour. If only I would of woke up at 8 instead of sleeping in haha. I too was thinking about whacking day while doing this event. |

The pathetic part is that my cats wake up me daily at 5am, so I literally logged into the game to kill the 2 clowns, then went back to sleep. So when woke up at 7 or 8am, I was greeted to another clown and another within another hour or 2. |

I got pee pants a few hours ago, without spending clams too. Needless to say, I'm very happy.  |

I spended 15 clams for buying a horn, BECAUSE a certain group of game producers informed that it would end in the morning... Damn you TinyCo!!! I also got the ring of fire everybody!

Since Saturday morning, Peter's done his taxed about 10 times now, only like once yielding a book. The library coughed up 2 books over that time, and Herbert got one as well. Those other 10 books are going to take a while. Since buying the ring of fire, I'm now much further than having Buzz, so I figured the limited item that gives a task is usually a safe bet. |

Ended up spending 10 clams to get the last pie I needed. Good thing I did, since the event ended a few minutes later. They really bombard you with outfits in this game, which is awesome IMO. Takes a while to unlock them, but gives a purpose to a lot of tasks.

I was having the usual problem lots of us had with only 1 clown spawning at a time. When I got the last horn I put chris on the 24 sugar task.
Now I have 5 clowns that are over running my town. So annoying. Would have been a hell of a lot less grinding if I had multiples earlier.

If you didn't kill him hourly, then you weren't going to get the pies. Same with the 4 hour clown - you had to be there right at 4 hours to kill him to make sure the next one spawned on time. If you got off schedule, there was little chance to actually get Pee Pants without clams. They didn't fix the spawning glitch until Monday morning, probably about 7-8 hours before the event ended. So that really didn't help much, you had needed to be near completion on Sunday night anyways if you had the glitch - which it seemed like the majority of us had it - since people likely had Lost Boys, Pirates or Bulls roaming the town. |
