Hi, I'm new to these forums but i wanted to ask a question over something i saw today. When playing my game i saw that Pee Pants was available to create in the costume shop. I was not a high enough level to participate in the circus update when this was a thing, so i was wondering A: Is it once again possible to get him, and B: If so, how do i get the items to create him? It says to wait until i hit a certain district but I'm already in Asiantown and i have yet to find a single clown that i can use to get items. Is this a glitch for me or is there something I'm missing? I'm not quite sure.
Anyway thanks for listening and i hope someone can help answer my query,

He's available in my All Harrington's. I didn't get him before but I was close. Would like him to come back at some point.

He was there this morning but still said to check back in another district. Since I did the update he is gone again. I assume it was a glitch.

Hmm ok, thanks for the replies. Since I'm on Android I haven't gotten an update yet so maybe they are giving us the chance to buy him? I had none of his items so I doubt I will spend 500 clams on a costume, but will try and wait to see if this is intentional, or a mistake.

Got the skin by buying an extra pie for 15 clams which completed the outfit as I didn't know what time it was ending. The clowns continued to spawn in my town (i have about 4 of them) after that and they're still there. They're like NPCs just walking around my town throwing pies.  |

You are MUCH better off getting Consuela/Jake/Brain Damaged Horse for 500 clams. He has 1 task that requires an item which is decent - but with the way this game works you don't get a lot of time to just task the animations you like. You are always after items, and Peter has 99.9% of being needed to generate an item. They added a few items to be earned with the skin, but I think those are low level items, and ones that have not returned (yet). So he isn't even needed for item generations at this point either. |

Simply put, you had to play hourly for 30 days straight, or buy shrines (generators), or lucky enough to abuse the shot glitch. I quadrupled my earnings that way in a day - as I wanted to beat the system for making me pay all that time and effort. So I wanted the exclusive statues and clams for reimbursement. |

There was a shot glitch? And no I kept getting the wrong color shot glasses so after the easy first two steps, he would reset his multiplier. Bleh I am just happy that I now have the time to devote to getting all the premium stuff. I bought my first $4.99 pack of coins/clams so I am unsure if I want to spend that on getting Consuela, or to wait until the Comic con event (sadly I'm Android so I don't have that event yet. I hope we get something awesome for waiting a week on this.)
