if a character is currently doing a quest inside the building they should be trapped in it if stewie latches on before you free them. Are you sure she wasn't walking to the building. If she had been in the building (with timer counting down) and wasn't set free before Stewie but was after then you might have a glitch Thanks for the correction for the Mutant Stewie hours. I had the same issue elmo1eyebrow had yesterday, I had Meg in the police station for her 1 hour task. When I came logged in 1/2 later, I saw Meg walking around Quahog. But this morning, I send Patrick Stewart to Relax for 8 hours, he was trapped in the Day Spa by Mutant Stewie, so I zap him away and free Patrick Stewart. So there is a glitch somewhere, I read that Mutant Stewie is suppose to trap your character inside the building, until you free him. yea maybe it's with the short tasks I haven't seen it happen though as none of my characters were in those buildings when he did |

Also, XL-5 is tiny and personally I don't think it is worth 75 clams. How did they not animate this thing? So much potential wasted.. I gotta disagree while it probably wouldn't be worth it to buy it I think it is just so you have a greater chance of winning the other prizes |

The clamterprise is just a decoration :/ it doesn't spawn nerds or produce blam  The XL-5 is surprisingly not animated I know... This is ridiculous.. I thought it would at least earn money (or Blam would make more sense) every 4 hours like the actual clamterprise... What a waste of effort just for a decoration... You have to admit... it is a cool decoration to keep |

I know... This is ridiculous.. I thought it would at least earn money (or Blam would make more sense) every 4 hours like the actual clamterprise... What a waste of effort just for a decoration... You have to admit... it is a cool decoration to keep Yes, however at the cost it would also be cool for it to earn money as the actual building... |

I agree it is a bit small and was disappointed that it didn't animate but there's always the chance they'll animate it later. They seem to do this often like with the phone booth and Al Harringtons. I honestly don't get why they don't have things finished before releasing. |

The items purchasable by clams are just there for the ones that want to spend clams to gain an advantage or get exclusive content

Not exactly sure what you mean, but if your definition is "walk away from this event with a whole bunch of free stuff and characters" then yes. If your definition is "I am a completist and I want ALL THE THINGS" then no. I have not spent a cent on this game - I take the clams as they come. Which, in practice, means I've saved up for Jake and the horse. I'd rather have a character/building combo than anything else, really. In terms of the events: no, you don't get to participate in mystery boxes, and you probably won't get to the last couple prizes. I missed out on King Butt and the gorilla last event: this event, who knows. I got Sir Lanceawarts this morning. Shooting for 50,000 and the Q - I think that's doable. But to compensate for lack of mystery boxes, all of the mini-events so far have been completely doable without clams. 15 Stewies in four days? Easy. Repair all three buildings for the spaceship? Check. Heck, even Pee Pants was accomplishable without spending my precious sea creatures. Characters, so far, have been completely unlockable without clams. Patrick Stewart's been running around my town for four or five days now, and I'm making decent progress toward Ron. Event buildings? I think I'm at four right now. Don't look at all the stuff you're missing out on because of clams - look at all the stuff you've gotten without clams. And then go do something awesome with the money you didn't spend on pixels.  |

Is it possible to advance in this game without spending money for clams? Yes. You will not have everything but you will win some loot. But i strongly sugest to take a second worker. It's the only true game changer item. It's useful every time and a blessing for time-limited events |

I played about 12 times or so, I got every decoration and building except battery factory (already bought), won blam twice, won clams once, and batteries twice. So stewie will never be a problem again. Keep finding batteries too.

So stewie will never be a problem again. Keep finding batteries too. Thanks to the mystery box I never need batteries and it seems I'm at a point that I'll never lose them.. These tasks keep rewarding them so I feel I can't get below this 35.. It kind of bugs me.. I want more stewies to clean up my battery inventory lol |
