I still have to get Meg, but I got Seamus unlocked the other day.
Slowly plugging away on opening up the areas - just repaired the wharf.
Costumes - golden suit Peter, hooker Peter, tweaked out Peter, and bathrobe Quagmire. I've got a glitch with the clowns so getting the material for clown Peter is a little harder than it should be, but thanks to wicked insomnia I should have enough awake time to compensate for the clowns not stacking in my town.

Yes I did and thanks for the reality check, i have completion fever and my head is on a cycle of short tasks but the good news is that fever is about to break and then I can sit back and enjoy the game in all its glory(hole)

Great job - while I didn't go for the extreme grind, I'm still somewhat close to the same place as you.  I only have 9 pieces of land to buy, and finishing books for Brian, and just getting Headbands and Whips for Lois's costumes.  I have all the other characters, costumes.  While I do need leather, I figure once the bulls are gone that will basically self complete itself.

The whips are a bitch to get. Only the fire station and Peter getting new customers drop them every 4 hours. So far I have 2 of 4. Oh, she gonna be tasting the pimp hand when she unlocks! Awwright..

Yep, and with those Headbands only by her 2 hour task - that's taking forever as well.  I've spent nearly a week having her do that like all throughout the day, and yet I only have 1/5 of those.  The fire station didn't generate a whip yet, but I think I only collected from it once or twice as I constructed it this weekend.
