Aren't the characters level max at 13? Do I really have that many almost maxed out? I thought I saw Peter's was higher (20?), but I thought the others are 13.

EDIT: All land is purchased, last piece will be cleared in about 6-8 hours.  I have 1 of all buildings (all I wanted), amassing cash for decorations and for reserve.

As far as I know, everyone except peter hits max Lvl at 15. Peter I believe is 20.... My peter is at 16, so I defiantly know that he goes higher than 15. But my Chris and bonnie are maxxed at 15.

Peter is level 25, Consuela is level 14 and everyone else is level 15.
