In less than 24 hours this was the response I received from TinyCo. I made a $4.99 purchase and never received the clams ..so I used the in game "help and support" chat function. Simply awesome...

I had some left over clams from a purchase I made before so I picked up consuela..and I just unlocked meg...it's pretty sick that she only has 1 requirement for unlock. Just have peter check birth certificate for 20hrs. Now I'm up to 15 characters. Half way through Lvl 18....also, I maxed out Chris's Lvl on my secondary account....seems Lvl 15 is the highest the characters can go right now...

I should also state that it wasn't as simple as just sending as msg to TinyCo. I had to provide my Tiny I.D, email address and proof of purchase. So if anyone is thinking about scamming for free clams, good luck. They want all the information you can give them. I simply posted a screen shot of the final msg from TinyCo. regarding my issue.

I did mine through the game contact, let them know what happened. Didn't provide any account info, Ids or anything and then I saw today I had @ 140-150 extra clams. i thought I'd have to wait, give info, repeat myself but no (I'm so used to the terrible service from EA). Either that I just earned them suddenly as I have not been contacted.

I sent a little message on the FG official FB page thanking TinyCo for the awesome customer service they've been providing it's players. Cant deny that even though the games having some expected issues they are pretty good with the punters. Thanks TinyCo Edit: Either I'm crap with facebook or my message seems to have disapeared off the page. Probably because I mentioned the clam reimbursements and they didn't want a huge influx of clammers...or ...I dunno Either way I've been F.C.C'd again.
