Where did the park fence, guard tower and park SUV go?

Hey guys. My first post.

I started playing the beta. When I switched over, the park fence, guard tower and park SUV are no longer in the build menu. Did this happen to anyone else? It's weird because the Peterdactyl is still available. I want to build more fences
