After getting rupert, you can place the tanning salon to actually unlock rupert. after you can still place the tanning salon as many times as you like from the shop (its free!)  |

It doesn't work for me any more. I got up to 10 but I was out and decided to do it when I hit home to save data, and the toys changed and now it won't let me do if.
