What will happen after I return

So sometime in may Cleveland and his family will be moving back to Quahog in the episode titled He's Bla-ack! What do you guys think will happen in that episode and afterwards.
My predictions are

The episode summary says Lois and Donna get into an argument and forbid Cleveland and Peter from being friends, my prediction is that it will be all Peter's fault.

I think @stewie and Rallo will become friends making Dr. Brian jealous.

Quagmire will hit on Roberta I mean come on he hit on Meg.

Hopefully they will talk about what happened to the real Cleveland Jr.

The Cleveland show explained this... in my opinion the original answer that got cut was much better.

Cut Answer -In "Love, Blactually", the animatic for that episode in DVD Vol. 7 shows him in his present enlarged state which was revealed to be caused by Ritalin. The entire scene was dropped when the ending of the episode was changed.
